Is that all they have on them? The belted radial is a manufacturing method/tire design; or, the direction the material is oriented in the tire.

It has been several years since I was involved with tires, but just about every tire manufacturer had radial belted tires. See if you can find any small print near where the tire mates with the wheel.

I'm also having to look the technical terms up- like I said, it has been a while since I thought about it, but "radial belted" is more of a description of the tire, usually.

Everybody makes them. When I was a maintenance man at Armstrong Rubber Co. in Nashville Tennessee, we made 4 brands of radial tires from the same molds, with the same rubber compounds- - - -we just changed the labels in the molds for Sears, Western Auto, and a couple of store brands for different retailers. You can shop any of the online tire dealers for a "LT" (light truck) rated radial tire in the size you want. LT tires are the equivalent of the old "6 ply" rating used for light truck applications, with a higher load rating than a passenger car "P" rated tire.

That is the name of the Tire on the sidewall.
After searching the only thing I find is, a link from someone trying to sell a pair.
If you click on picture you can see in big letters "Radial Belted"
https://offerupnow.com/item/detail/63768311/3-brand-new-trail-mark-radial-belted-lt22575r16-tires

After looking at the AD it says Trail Mark.
But tire says "Radial Belted"
A Trail Mark search reveals a Goodyear tire made for Kelly tire.
Does this sound right?

Looks like a good candidate for a rope swing in the back yard, regardless of tread depth. If the date code on the sidewall is over 5 years old, they're probably not worth buying.

I agree with Jerry. Goodyear dropped the Kelly brand quite some time ago. Current regulations prevent any dealer from selling a tire that's over 6 years old.
