You make this yourself and all of the instructions are here: http://devestechnet.com/Home/WarningSystem#ADdashbracketIt's just a piece of 2 inch angle iron but gives you options like adding rotary heater control, defrost cable, whatever else you want to do with it. Blinkers, electric wiper or electric fan placement, etc. You can get a piece of angle iron like that at any welding shop scrap pile for almost nothing.
