For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Apr 2011 Posts: 523 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2011 Posts: 523 | I have a photo of the driver side of my firewall: www.photobucket.com/bobs46It should be the first photo in the list. The firewall has a large (10" x 10") "X" stamped in to the metal. Inside of this area are 4 holes that look like they have been used to mount something at some time in the past. Does anyone have any ideas what they might be for? Just to the right of these is a larger (1" dia?) hole that looks unused even in the pre-paint pictures. Again, any ideas? Bob

The large hole is for the wiper vacuum hose. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2011 Posts: 523 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2011 Posts: 523 | When I got the truck, the wiper hose out in a hole in the upper right, where I now have it located. So, what originally came out of the upper right hole?
