I have a pint of paint that I believe I got from Jim Carter a while back. It appears to be dupont acrylic enamel. It is difficult to read the label as it was wrapped in shipping tape and it was torn up.
Can anyone tell me what type of dupont paint it is and how to mix it? I do not think it is the Nason type?

The best bet is to check with them. | | | | Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 265 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 265 | rc356c,

Has anyone rigged up a way to spin the wheel while spraying? What about clear coating afterward? | | | | Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 9,671 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 9,671 | Not Jim Carter paint, won't use any from there because of the lack of information and poor color match. I'll stick with PPG or the latest...BASF formula supplied by a fellow bolter last year. Easy spin wheel painter, doesn't give the paint a chance to run: http://www.pbase.com/dennygraham/steering_wheel__interior_colors&page=all dg
