C10 1966 All thought the cab is a 1965 if that matters.
When I turn on the runner lights they all come on in the front and back. But when I pull the light switch all the way out and turn the head lights the front runner lights go out. If I follow the wires that is how it should work. Is that how it worked back in the day.
Number 2. How do the brake lights play into the scheme of things. Don't they have to go through the steering column to work with the signal lights. Not sure where to plug them in.

2 - yes, the brake light filaments are also the turn indicators, going thru the turn switch they are activated [or interrupted if the brakes are on] when you signal, but the brake circuit still goes from a power source [light switch probably] to the brake light switch, then to the tail via the turn switch
