I'm using a ford 9" on my 55 3200. Is there an aftermarket spare tire carrier set up that will accommodate my spare tire on the fender? Do I just modify the existing mount to hold my spare tire? Small ford bolt patter 5 x 4.5.

Thanks in advance

gofstbuick, I modified mine from a 6 hole pattern to fit my 5 X 4.75 chevy wheel. I left the top one in and ground the other 2 off and center the wheel and redrilled the holes. Put in new studs and tacked the back side so they would not spin. Looks just like the original. 53 3100 root
