I have a master cylinder, power booster and swing pedal assembly from a 1991 Chev van. (fullsize)
I want to retrofit this to my 52 Chev p/u.
I believe the donor vehicle had anti-lock brakes.
Anyone know if the master cylinder for an anti-lock equipped vehicle is different from a non anti-lock master cylinder? If it is different...would it still work for my truck?
The '52 will have front discs and rear drums(same as the van), but will not have anti-lock brakes.

There is usually a return line to the reservoir for all four brakes on the ABS system, for when the solenoid valves vent fluid back to the M/C during ABS operation.
