hey it's me again... my hood is seperated in the front about 1 foot. I think it is the reason my hood doesn't line up horizontaly in the front. How can I pinch it back together. Should I tack weld it? Don't have access to a rivit gun. tell me what you think...

Why dont you get a cheap pop rivet gun and use pop rivets. Or you could use #4 screws and locking nuts.
Pop Rivet Gun at home depot is $10.00

mother trucker it's a 54 with a 250 and 2004r tranny with all wheel disc brakes. I replaced the 3 window cab with a 5 window. The hood is just bugging me...got a good for sale? cheap?

I use a pair od vise grips to hold it together and use small screws with loc washers. I actually took two hood apart to make one good hood. Good luck! grin
