All of the bed mount bolt kits I've looked up, don't come with the bushings. Anyone have a line on bushings? Or, do I have to make my own?

Jim Sgrig | | | | | Joined: Jul 2001 Posts: 3,887 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Jul 2001 Posts: 3,887 | is this yer 66 panel? the task force just uses rubber shims to align everything and prevent squeaks - get some 1/8-1/4" neoprene to match the back body height to the front cab mounts [which prolly have doughnuts or rubber washers] - if it's a pickup, pretty much the same for the bed, just rubber shims

Yes, It's my '66 panel. I can just use the pickup bed bolt kit, can't I?? I can cut rubber shims from old tires out of the junk pile at work. I did this with my '49 panel. That worked out ok.
