I have been offered four wheels and tires to replace the original wheels (widow maker) on my 1961 GMC pickup. Have photos but not sure if they will fit or not. The "61 was purchased as a project for my hubby and I to do together. Lost my wonderful husband 18 months ago and truck has just been sitting.
Need to get it moved asap.
Can't afford to buy new wheels. If these replacements will fit what are they worth? This is a "make offer" deal.

Just because they are split rims does not mean they are the widow maker models. My son had new tires, tubes, and tube flaps installed on his split rims for his 1946 2 ton truck.
That said you have to go look at those wheels with a rule and measure the bolt hole pattern size, the center hole diameter, the rim width, and the wheel offset.
The measurements match up then they will fit your truck.
As to make an offer. Tell him $50 for 5 wheels.
Also keep in mind I think later model wheels from decades newer then the 60" will fit your truck.
Take one of your split rims to some junkyards and see if they can match up something that will fit your truck.
