Are the 1 ton front fenders for '54-'55 the same as the 1/2 and 3/4 ton parts? I have a 1954 GMC Deluxe Panel truck with fenders that are far beyond repair. I have heard that the 1 ton fenders may be wider than the ones on smaller trucks, but I haven't heard anything definitive.

Great! That greatly increases the number of trucks that can donate to the resurrection of my rustbucket.

If you find a fuel tank for a 1-ton that is in good shape(inside frame type) e-mail me.

Half ton fenders were the same as 1 ton. The fenders did not get bigger until you get to the
1 1/2 ton trucks [ 2 ton included ].
