1)Has anybody seen HARMONS metal fenders? Are they good quality?
2)Short of a cab replacement and the hassles of titling issues or chopping up another cab does anybody know where to get a complete teardrop assy??

They are really nice people and have good supply of parts. I do not openly advertise for them 1. because they are close, 2. They do not support this board (They do know about us tho).

the repro metal fenders for the TF trucks should be avail from most any supplier - they're good quality, and all made the same place, so shop for price and close

I know the cab corners are readly avaiable, but only extend up about 14" from the bottom. mine is crushed  all the way up about 30-32". Thanks for the input guys. I have seen in my truck mags that Mar-k the bed manufacturer is now selling fenders. They may be made in the same place as all the others, but its worth checking into. Sorry to hear about your accident. Get that truck running again.
