My existing runningboards has a row of holes (3/16") on the very top flange running almost the full length. What are those for? 'Cause the runningboard that I picked up yesterday doesn't have them. I have a couple sets of art deco running boards and none have that many holes running along the top rail. They do have 5 -7 or so along the front edge that mont to the front fender for support and the others are on the bottom for the bracket.
