On the can it says "Do Not Thin".
I plan to spray the stuff on.
Has anyone had experience with spraying ZeroRust? Does it go through the gun ok without thinning?

I layed down two coats of each: red oxide and then black on the inner fenders for my 52 3/4 ton GMC. The finished product came out real nice.

They emailed me back to say I needed to find a dealer, but only told me of one in Canada. He said kinda low on dealers for midwest area, sheesh! Where'd you get yours??

His ph # is 888-485-5008. On-the-ground dealers in your area would be Terrace Supply in Chicago or the Bumper to Bumper stores in Michigan and I doubt any of them ship flammables. But, I never have time to get over there during lunch. Afternoon traffic is so bad that I high-tail it out of the city after work. They ship it to me UPS without any problems.

I bought in a quart container though.
I don't mean to plug these guys...
I think mfg sealants is probably the way to go for ordering online. I have a dealer nearby who never has it but is always willing to order. I can get it myself just as fast from mfg. They were a little slow on my small order but included two cans of crystal coat to make up for the delay and were very nice to my wife on the phone.
