hi everybody, I have a new noise in my 1967 gmc camper cruiser. it has a 351 v6 engine and the new noise sounds like blow by, but I cant seem to fiqure it out. it maybe exhaust manifold or something with the intake. if I put my hand near the intake manifold and the carb on the passenger side I can hear blow by and feel pressure coming from somewhere?? could it have something to do with the exhaust flapper ? any ideas?
help with a new noise!!

Squirt it w/ a soap solution. If sucking noise, squirt with flammable substance, engine might speed up.

'37 GMC T-18 w/ DD 4-53T, RTO-610, 6231 aux., '95 GMC running gear, full disc brakes, power steering, 22.5 wheels and tires.
'47 GMC 1 ton w/ 302, NP-540, 4wd, full width Blazer front axle.
'54 GMC 630 w/ 503 gasser, 5 speed, ex fire truck, shortened WB 4', install 8' bed.
'55 GMC 370 w/270, 420 4 speed, grain, dump bed truck from ND. Works OK.

It might be exhaust leaking at the heat passage in the intake manifold. Could be an intake gasket at this area or if it has an automatic choke (which I dought) it could be the choke stove leaking.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.

is there a gasket for the heat passage on the intake manifold or is it on the exhaust manifold? on the 351v6
