I HAVE A FULTON SUNVISOR AND WAS WONDERING WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST METHOD TO STRIP THE OLD PAINT FROM IT?

I would use a chemical stripper. Apply a thick coat, cover with plastic wrap or garbage bags (right on the stuff) and let it go to work. Wash well afterwards to neutralize.
