Has anybody here shaved their door handles and still used the stock latches?

I have a 51 half ton, and thats my plan.

Any recommendations for vendors or solenoids?

How about this one?

Howdy,
Those 11lb solenoids are way too light. You will want heavier ones. I would recommend the 75lb or 100lb for stock latches. I had some 50lb ones with stock latches on my truck and wish I had more pull.
