If you look really hard at an original cab interior, in protected spots, you will find the color CD is selling. But it is a lot darker than you will expect. And expensive. But it is enamel, while other vendors sell lacquer. | | | | | Joined: Feb 2000 Posts: 39 Member | | Member Joined: Feb 2000 Posts: 39 | I recently sprayed the interior of my 52 GMC with the Chevy Duty interior paint. I would describe it more as a flat grey metal metallic, somewhere between cast iron and stainless steel with just a hint of bronze or brown shading. Actually, mushroom metallic (as I have heard it described) comes pretty close to a verbal description. Anyway, the color of the paint supplied by Chevy Duty did closely match original paint found in my interior. A word of caution though: the Chevy Duty paint is enamal that requires a hardener, which you must order from a seperate supplier (Sherwin Williams brand).  I hope this helps some!
