Our "Big Blooming Car Show", usually held in May, was rained out this year. It has been rescheduled for Sept. 26 at the First Monday Trade Grounds in Weatherford. (Now called Heritage Park)

Registration 9-12 ($20) Awards at 2:30.

Cash prizes in several categories always bring out some fine cars. We expect about 200 entries plus member cars and the judging club's member cars.

There will also be music and food and crafts vendors. Fun for the whole family. Y'all come on out and enjoy.

It's tomorrow. I hope Stovebolt.com wins the $500 club participation award.

That was a joke. I'll bet I won't see a one of you there.

Cletis, as I said earlier in the year, our intention was to attend this year with the Burb in tow. However, as you know by now, that didn't happen. Too much of life got in the way. Hope someone else from the group took up the slack. Bet it was a great show as always.

Yes, great show. We had 151 entries. About 50 down from last year but still a good turnout and a smooth running show now that we peons had 2 under our belts going into this one. We've about got it down.

Sorry y'all couldn't make it.
