Short answer, yes it will.
Long answer, the stance is too wide for some and you will need 1/2 inch spacers between frame and crossmember because the crossmember is an inch wider than frame. You'll also have to transfer the steering from donor as well and then lower the ride cause it'll be way to high in the front after swap.
It would be easier to get a 1/2 ton axle and get the disc brake package that was mentioned earlier.
