If replaced, does anyone have any recommendations on suppliers? I have read that the after market radiators sometimes don't bolt right up without bracket modification. Would like that not to happen.

Not worth worrying about supplier/replacement/mounting/etc (like I did) until you know if you need a new one or not. Local radiator shops can clean, pressure check, and make any repairs. $40-$60 range in my experience to have a radiator cleaned out & O/A weld repaired.
Obviously, the ones I took in for clean, test, & repair looked fine & didn't have bullet holes or rust holes in them.

edit- but there are plenty of folks here who have experience with aftermarket sources;
Also-if your radiator needs to be re-cored it will be a lot more expensive than the $40-$60 I mention

'47 GMC 1 ton w/ 302, NP-540, 4wd, full width Blazer front axle.
'54 GMC 630 w/ 503 gasser, 5 speed, ex fire truck, shortened WB 4', install 8' bed.
'55 GMC 370 w/270, 420 4 speed, grain, dump bed truck from ND. Works OK.
