A while back I swapped out the mopar hot water heater my 36 came with from previous owner, with a 36 Harrison hot water heater and when I started the truck up it was spitting out coolant. Anyone know who repairs these? Send it out to someone. It looks like something in the realm of old school radiator shop territory but I have a feeling if I brought it to a local rad shop they would look at me like I brought in an alien.
While I'm here, what's the best way to run it with no heater? Loop a hose from inlet to outlet on block (although hose looks like it will pinch) or plugs? Or hook back up the old mopar wink
Thanks for any input.

Sure Christian, just loop it if you want, or plug it with pipe plugs.
Can't imagine needing a heater very often in San Diego though.
Any shop that can do radiator repair could do the core, it's
just a radiator in miniature. Problem is finding a radiator
shop that repairs them, most now days are only swap shops.

Check with local car clubs or at car shows. They'll know who to trust. Most likely someone in this forum will give a reference.

Depends on your local rad shop. Ours is run by an old timer who does excellent work and actually appreciates seeing these old rads come in.

As soon as I figure how to link a picture. What part do you want a picture of?
