OK, I have a no-options 67 C10. Bodywise, what it means is that the only chrome is on the rearview mirror, shifter and turn signal switch, gas cap and door handles. Everything else is painted white. When looking at the bed, it looks like the wood was painted black at some point, and the metal strips have both red and black paint on them, and I can't find any chrome. It's already a given that I'm not going to paint the wood when I replace that, but I'd like to keep the rest of the truck as original as possible. On these trucks, were the bed strips painted? If so, what color?
