The exhaust manifold is warped .022 of a inch . A shop would mill it for 100 dollars. This manifold and truck has had its better days. If I doubled the gaskets cold that work. Or is there some other Micky mouse remedy? All it really needs is a quick trip across a big belt sander, and a lot of older automotive machine shops have such equipment. For a quick and dirty fix, leave the intake and exhaust bolted together and sand them both at the same time. If you've got a pretty good sized woodworking belt sander and a long straightedge like a 4 foot carpenter's level, it's a do it yourself project. Use a coarse sanding belt like a 40 or 60 grit, and take your time, checking often with the straightedge.

Grinding or milling wont fix them. Get a new one or a used one from a light duty truck. The 250 manifolds are near the same & retain their shape much better.

Some of the early 250s had 2 bolt exhaust pipe flange. Around the early 70.s they changed to a 3 bolt flange & still retained the 2" outlet. You can use the 2 bolt if you change the flange on the pipe but the 3 bolt is better.
