I have a 1949 3100 which I am going to install a high pressure 235 out of a 1954. My gauges are pretty tired and the 1954 gauges and nice and a good price, with the bonus of the correct high pressure oil gauge.

Are there any articles about doing the swap to the larger gauges, and do you have to be a master craftsman to do the swap(which I am not)?

Regards Nick

Higher-pressure replacement oil pressure gauges are available from most reproduction parts vendors.
