I drove 80+ miles round trip to pick up approximately 4,000 lbs. of concrete pipe. So, half the trip was empty (6,000 lbs.) and half loaded (10,000 lbs.) I averaged 12.2 miles per gallon for the round trip. I used my GPS to verify distance traveled and filled the tank before and after. Better than I expected.
