On the immediate backside of the 1955 235 exhaust manifold, there is a fitting for a vacuum line.
Can someone please tell me where that line connects to and what is for? I am hooking it up in my 1941.
Thank you.

Are you sure it is a 1955 manifold? The only vacuum port on a 1955 intake should be on the side in the center, circled in this link.

Its the one in the pic that Dave linked. Sorry for the confusion. Im pretty sure its a 55 manifold, but it has dual exhaust and carb so Im pretty certain its not stock. But it still has that vacuum hookup in the same place as the pic.
So its a straight shot from there to the wiper mechanism?
