Hi, to all, Packard owner for over 20 years, But just purchased a big bolt, to replace my grand fathers Bolt that was taken for the war effort in the 30s here in the UK,
1st any one know of a good shipper?
my truck is in Minnesota 56435, need to go to new york container port, theirs no hurry still getting parts together,
2nd looking for a 1992- on NVG4500 transmission they was fitted to lots of Chevy/GMC/Dodge etc,

My son just had a 1946 2 ton rack truck with a lift bed transported from Nebraska to Long Island, NY.

I will ask him for the contact information.

Does your truck run well enough to be driven up onto the a truck or will have to be winched onto the truck.

What kind of Bolt did grandpa have and what Bolt did you just buy?

Hi, thanks, yes it runs and drives, its 37 1 1/2 ton flat bed, not sure what my grandad, had, way before my time i was told it was a Chevy truck, and when war broke out the government took the truck, i have one relative who is still looking for any old pictures, but they did not take that many those days, thanks for your interest
