Its call Rust Primer its kinda like Navel Jelly but its in a liquid form, green in color, you spray it on and let it dry it stays wet for awhile unlike Navel Jelly. What rust it didnt disolve it turned to black. It was about $13.00 for a Gallon jug. National Home Center is the only place I have seen it. It says after 24hrs of drying you paint over it. Anyone used this before??? Later Mallard
