Saw mostly STOCK glass/installations on a forum search. This is a hot rod, plan to use two piece glass w/NO divider, just silicone. I have NO window frames or hinge and dont PLAN on a swing out window.
1 where can I buy a gasket for this? See some generics on ebay w/lock strips that look OK.
2 suggestions on glass, locals can cut it but must make a pattern.
3 Have the rear glass but no rubber, again, where to buy
4 I need ONE side glass, best to order that or have it cut locally?

Will try to answer in order
1. I went down and placed the rear glass rubber in front. If glued in with each half "may" work. Without the frame you would need to add approx. 2" in glass as frame is approx 1" in width. I'm thinking you will still have to have/use some sort of divider to cover silicone. My opinion.....
2. Glass bought locally should be cheaper and no shipping cost. I have patterns if needed. Will need to locate...
3. Steele Rubber is one of the most popular but not cheap rubber companies, Very few negative comments
4. Local if available.....Again I have a pattern

thanks, I saw some Steel brand generic gaskets on Ebay that looked really good- they come in different thicknesses and have a LOCK strip too- along with the black special window sealant this s/b OK. I have a glass guy looking at it soon, but THANKS! George
