I'm looking for 8 new Melling # JB-761 lifters for my 62 235. Already have 4. NAPA has them for around $20 a piece but I'd like to pay less. I've been looking on the comp.but no luck. Thanks for any input

Chris;

I cross referenced Melling JB-761 on NAPA's website and it came up with SEP AT874 as their part number for $19.49 (as you said). However SEP AT874 is the Sealed Power part number that NAPA resells. So I looked up Sealed Power AT874 on RockAuto and they have the Sealed Power lifters on wholesaler discount for $3.60!!! And they have 8 left in stock. Check it out.

Thanks for the lead SimS, but as long as I've been fighting the these lifters I guess I'm going to bite the bullet and get the Mellings. Chris
