I have installed my rear 3 windows on my custom 1950 Chevy Truck cab to include hat annoying lock bead.
I have installed the front windshield using a new rubber weatherstrip from Chevy Duty. Does the front windshield use a lock bead also? If it does, I can't seem to find it.

PS Previous posts in here proved invaluable in helping me figure out how to put in the glass and lock bead.

The "deluxe" version of the windshield rubber has a slit for the stainless trim. Perhaps you purchased the deluxe rubber by mistake, I assume you do not have stainless trim for the windshield. | | |
