I think One Shot sign painters' lettering enamels have colors pretty close to Onyx Black and Insignia Red. They are 194-L Lettering Black and 100-L Vermillion. They are available in quarter-pint cans. I found mine at the local auto paint store. They go on easily with a small brush and flow to a smooth finish when dry.
