The exterior color covered the exterior sheet metal to the edge of the sheet metal (on doors and cab).
The grill was painted:
outer-bars exterior color and inner bars Waldorf White On chrome grills, only the outer bar was plated and the "back splash" bar was painted as the painted grill (Waldorf White).
The body/wheel stripes would have been Gold (or, Gold Bronze) on a Cape Maroon truck.
The interior colors would have been
medium-tan or dark-tan metalli-chrome (other people may post info on a spray-can match - and which parts were painted which color).
Nonetheless, paint the truck whatever color suits your tastes (or, paint it the colors it had when you bought it).
