I have a 1941 1/2 ton pickup. I removed the rear fenders in order to work some dents. I'm ready to put them back on, but I cannot find the gaskets used between the bed and the fender.

I've looked through the parts of a number of vendors. They list gaskets for the front fenders but not the rear.

I have not information for you. However, some of us will also be interested in this answer.

From 47-55 there was no gasket/welt between the rear fenders and the bed. However, some people put a strip of 30# roofing tar between the bed and the fenders. The 47-55 panel body trucks used fender welt between the rear fenders and the body.

I used fender welting between the bed and rear fenders. Pie cut it to fit. I think I got it from Jim Carters.
