one vacuum line should come from the manifold and another goes to the wiper motor, not clear why there'd be 5 rather than 4 lines [are there 5 fittings on the pump?] - see
Dennys pics here - do you have the "tin can" reservoir on the driver side inner fender or the firewall?
if you'll be driving in the rain regular you'll be much better off finding an original electric wiper setup than keeping the vacuum ones, even with the fuel pump "boost" - if you're not planning on being in the rain much, the double acting fuel pump is wasted effort, I'd bypass it, plug the ports
