I have just finished mig welding couple patchs
and the welds arent 100 per cent good. is there something I can put over the welds fiberglass body filler ?? to keep moisture from coming from backside ??
or could i use a 2 part epoxy ??
prior to leveling with reg body filler.
hopefully my next patchs will have better welds!!

More weld is the best option.

If you are talking about the inside surface on a cab patch, I wouldn't bother unless it is going to get wet etc. In that case use body seam sealer.

If you want it to be a permanent patch and not come back to haunt you after it is painted it has to be 100% welded!
