What size tires and wheels will fit inside the rear fenders with the truck sitting at stock height. The truck came to me with 255/60/15 tires and they are to small.

This site covers trucks from the '20s to the '70s. Pick one.

Stock height might be different depending on if you have new springs or the originals. Also, are you talking about stock sized wheels or aftermarket? Stock offset or not? You'll need more information to get a good answer.

Also, are you just wanting wider or taller as well?

I've got Michelin LTX 245-75R-16s on the back of my 51 panel & an Olds rear end.
8 inch rims with standard offset.
The truck is about 3 inches lower than stock in back.
These meats fill the wheel well!
