Is there anything special about these emblems? Are they worth anything? Thanks

They are '58 emblems and of course they are worth something to somebody but you can't sell them in General Truck Talk.

What the chief is telling you is that you need to advertise them in the swap meet forums and not in this one. I believe you do need to put a price on them to list them in that forum. Maybe someone here could give you an idea of what they might be worth, then you could post your ad in that forum.

They are 3/4 ton, so the demand isn't as great, but on the other hand they are a slight bit rarer than the 1/2 ton.

They're actually for a 3200, long 1/2 ton. 3/4 would say "36". either way, they're not being reproduced, so they do have value to someone who is restoring a long 1/2 ton.

No idea what they are worth, but they are unique to the 1958 model year. Like Longbox says, 32 is for the long wheel base 1/2 ton.

I found a set of driver quality 36 series on ebay for $250. Good thing I didn't need them.
