The parts catalogs don't show any, one place had some but had wrong fittings on the ends. Better off trying to have some made ?? Hate to use a hose barb style fitting and a hose clamp.....
Any help.....

They should be able to make you a set with the correct ends and length, and could possibly be less expensive.
