Would anyone know what a model 3653 would be? I know 3600 is 3/4 ton and 3604 is 3/4 ton pickup .. But hadnt ever heard of a 3653. Is this a canadian designation?

all CDN models start with a "1", don't know about the '5' but the '3' indicates cab/chassis as ya say
