The broken leaf is the 3rd one down from the top. I found a guy that has a pair, original, and just as ugly as mine, he wants $125 for the pair? Decent price? What think ye? Chances of the other leafs failing soon?

Still plenty of arch? Sure there aren't any other broken ones? Have you shopped replacement springs in your area?
We have a great spring shop in St. Louis. They will replace a single leaf, or a whole set. I don't think you'd want to pay shipping, though . . .
If it were me, I wouldn't replace one set of questionable springs with another set of questionable springs. Good money after bad. Your truck looks like a daily driver . . . give it new springs, you'll never have to worry about it again.

Then I ran accross a company called suspension king.com that listed brand new springs complete with bushings for 107.00 per side and 54.00 shipping . Turned out great and Like Mike said I don't think ill have to worry about it again.

The GMC springs are quite a bit refined from the Chev springs. 7 leaf instead of 6, grease fittings on leafs and leafs are tapered at the ends. They look like they will fit my truck, the only thing I don't know is if the rear bolt will be the same diameter? Suspension King wanted $180 ea plus shipping for my truck.... | | |
