the xx20, xx30, etc = different WB, that specific frame style number wasn't included on any of the emblems, it would be the generic "1400" of the series

Huh is that so? I have in my hand a single 1430 emblem that came off the hood of my 1953 Chevrolet Canadian market pick up. I bought the truck after a friend bought it from the original owner from Richmond BC.

3B is the expert on Canadian model trucks, maybe he'll chime in here. no offence Bill.

Hy Guys, in the parts book, group 8.039 PLATE, series designation. From 1951 through 55 first series there is a specific plate for each series
11 series, 13 series, 14 series (21-24), 14 series (31-35), 15 series, 16 series, 17 series, 18 series. The same is the case for the Canadian GMCs of the same vintage. There are no individual plates listed in the 55B or second series through 59 series, hope that clarifies.

I lucked out today and found a pair of 1300 emblems for my 53 - 1/2 ton.
Got them at Rednecks Antiques in Chemainus. He has boxes of emblems for cars and trucks of all ages. Saw a pair of 9300s there.
