Let it never be said that "Safetynut" and "52Carl" are not devoted to this group! We arrived today at the County Grill in Yorktown, VA for the Old Dominion Stovebolt group's 1st Peninsula get-together. As I pulled in I was shocked to see only a single old truck. Carl and Lori & I waited in the parking lot for 30min and then decided to go in and order. Still worried about why you guys didn't show - the texting started. Then Mario replies "hey, it's MARCH 7th". We can't wait here for 30 days for the rest of you so here's pics of the Feb. O.D. Stovebolt meeting!!! You guys missed it. http://s304.photobucket.com/user/2000check/media/20150207_124900.jpg.html

Smart idea. Reconnoiter property and conduct security check.

Gents,
"Two or more Stovebolters is a GABfest", great quote from a great lady.

I am sad that I missed out today. I will never call ya late or non supportive. Y'all are truly motivated - dedicated Bolters....

Is the food fit for consumption?

As you can tell from my smug expression in the pic above, I was not as eager to disclose our "recon mission". If safetynut had not shown up, that little misplaced trip would have never been mentioned by me to anyone. I do feel a lot better about myself that safetynut also showed up a MONTH early.

Don't let 52carl fool y'all. We wanted to make sure the meeting next month would be acceptable. The food was great, the company also good, and 52carl did not have a smug look on his face, that was a look of contentment. He had just polished off a plate of ribs...
