I do not see it listed at Steele Rubber (usually the best quality).
I'd try Jim Carter or Chevs of the 40s.

They probably get theirs from the same supplier. Will try another one from another source & see if it deteriorates within a couple of months. Vehicle remains in garage 99.9 percent of the time and gets no sun or rain.
