I bought a new door lock and key for the passenger side door. The assembly manual shows that the
lock is secured by a spring clip that slides through a slit in the door under the rubber weatherstrip.
Does anyone know where I can get one? I can not find the original.

I am not fond of Heavy Chevy, I think they cheated me, so do not recommend them.
