But my plan is to sand blast all my body parts then then put a coat of ZR on. Then fill and smooth then seal with primer then color coat then clear coat. I have quite a bit of pitted rust that sandblasting wont get with out warping or takeing way a lot of metal with grinding or wire wheel. Dose this sound like a good plan??? Never really competly painted a complete car striped all the way to bare metal. Thanks!

Use the Zero Rust for the frame, the insides of the fenders, hood and all suspension pieces. I am even using it for the floor and seat frame in the cab.
What you want to do is as soon as you get some panels to bare metal, within a day or so they need to be coated with epoxy primer.

It is gentle enough to us on body parts. I've even seen them use it to remove the paint off of an aluminum soda can, without damaging the can. It is primarily used in aerospace to clean delicate airframe parts. After having it done, you can shoot an epoxy primer. Any pits left after that can be filled with a filling primer or bodyman in a can. | | |
