When I bought my 1949 Chevy truck it had already been changed over to 12 volts. I've just now found the time to try and fix this problem. When I put the brakes on my panel lights com on. Also when I blow the horn my parking lights come on for just while the horn is blowing. Anybody got any idea, other than a "match?" For testing, you need a ground wire from the cab to the frame. From the engine to the frame. and it helps to have a ground wire from the front fenders to the frame. One more for the bed to the frame and then see what happens. If the issue goes away, then make some good looking straps and tuck it all nice and neat.
