Didn't buy them yet, will wate until this weekend.Could take off the wheel and trace but Back hurts and thought this would be easy to ask first. Both are 16" and the new onea are 2 different widths

I know some bolt patterns have been changed to metric dimensions. Does your truck have the 14" rear drums? Most late model wheels will not work on the older trucks due to the backspacing being too deep. Also, if they are '98 or newer Ford Truck wheels, those are metric and will not work. Ford Van wheels will be ok, though.
