It's screwed into the case and has a lead to connect it to one of the therminals. I have a post marked "F", the other is unmarked.
Anyone know which post to attach it?

Unless you're running an original-equipment AM radio, the condenser on the Arm. terminal is not required. It was there to filter out RF frequencies created by the commutator bars of the armature.
